These cuties are a group of seven at the Currumbin Bird sanctuary on the Gold Coast Australia. They make me laugh as they all have such a unique character. I spent 60 hours in the park shown painting these birdies. It was hot! the paint dried fast which allowed for dozens upon dozens of layers to create a heavy artwork which is deep in texture. I love this piece.
